Teachers at RCNS are professional educators committed to quality education. Enrollment numbers are limited to provide greater care and attention for each child.

Mary Meyer
Program Director/Teacher Mary Meyer has over 14 years experience working with children. She has a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education (B.Ed.), and a Level III Advanced Qualification Certificate. Mary also holds an American Montessori Society Certificate.

Mary Riley
Assists in the Mon/Wed/Friday classes teaching the RIGGS Phonics Pre-Reading Program. She has a B.Ed. degree and is certified to teach the RIGGS Phonics Reading Program. Mary has taught both kindergarten and grade one for several years. Mary has served the RCNS program for the past 5 years.

Sylvia Wesner
Sylvia supports the Mon/Wed/Friday students in developing their fine motor skills. She is also certified to teach the RIGGS Phonics Reading Program. Sylvia has a diploma in Biblical studies and has been involved in Christian Education Ministries for over 25 years.

Esther Haag
Esther assists Mary Meyer with the 3-4 year olds on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She studied Education and Child Psychology and has many years of experience in preschool programs. Esther has served the RCNS program for more than 10 years.
